When the outmessage has a schema element as below,
<xs:element name="DATA_SERVICE_RESPONSE">
<xs:complexType>
<xs:sequence>
<xs:any minOccurs="0"/>
</xs:sequence>
</xs:complexType>
</xs:element>
and when AxisService2WSDL20 checkStyle has got invoked, the following
exception is thrown for <xs:any minOccurs="0"/>
Caused by: java.lang.ClassCastException:
org.apache.ws.commons.schema.XmlSchemaAny cannot be cast to
org.apache.ws.commons.schema.XmlSchemaElement
