I added the Axis2 plugin folders directly into the plugins folder of eclipse
helios and indigo. While I can create the wsdl from java using the Code
Generator successfully, the service archiver does not do anything when I click
on the load button in the Service Archiver (Generate the Service XML file)
screen.
