There have always been sporadic test failures in the Sandesha2 build. The only thing that has changed is the frequency with which the build fails. Probably there is somewhere a concurrency issue in the tests or in the Sandesha code, and the frequency has increased because of some change in timing (either because the characteristics of the build servers have changed or because of some optimization in Axiom or Axis2).
