I could not find a documentation to set the gzip compression for a .NET client
of axis2 web service. I used service.EnableDecompression = true and sniffed the
package through fiddler and see the request and response do not have
Accept-Encoding keyword. Is there an alternative way to set the gzip
compression from the .NET client
