Attaching the patch for this improvement. I have considered both webapp mode
(listServices.jsp) and standalone axis2 server mode
(HTTPTransportReciver#getServicesHTML) with this patch.
The change I propose is, if the hiddenService param is set for a service, then
it will be skipped from the view of listServices. But it will still be active.
