Integrated in Axis2 #2315 (See [https://builds.apache.org/job/Axis2/2315/])
removing build.xml file , AXIS2-5576 patch has removed only the content of
build.xml (Revision 1488765)
Applying patch for AXIS2-5576 (Revision 1488761)
