Attachment: bogus_OMElement_factory.zip
Attaching bogus_OMElement_factory.zip, which has a full reproduction in it. It
has a copy of the WSDL file I was using (as downloaded from the URL in this bug
report's Description) and an artifacts/ directory populated with the results
from my running the reproduction steps, including the non-compiling generated
code and captured build output.
