Attachment: rampart_jetty.patch
Updated the patch dropping the update to servlet api 2.5 in Rampart core
module, instead the integration module is changed to exclude servlet api coming
from Axis2 (2.3) and use the one provided by Jetty (2.5).
Also changed the build to generate keystores on the fly and use Axis2
PortAllocator instead of hardcoded ports for Jetty.
