Workaround:
Append below lines to etc/sysctl.conf . Then restart OS. I have tried in my
linux test environment. looks work well.
net.ipv4.tcp_tw_reuse = 1
net.ipv4.tcp_tw_recycle = 1
net.ipv4.tcp_fin_timeout = 30
net.ipv4.tcp_keepalive_time = 1800
net.ipv4.tcp_max_syn_backlog = 4096
Desc:
The root cause is axis consume a lot of Linux parts . And Linux system can not
release ports in time.

How to fix it in code level ?
