Recently we come up to a case in which a system was declining in response time
when working for a few hours. In the end the system stops responding.
It turned out that two tokens are inserted in the STS per second.Because of :
1) the lack of retention policy of the store i.e. the EXPIRED tokens are not
cleaned up and are constantly iterated(RAMPART-337)
2) the number of iterations, which could actually be reduced
the system may either stop responding or throws OOM exception.
