* Hudson is not a human. It's our continuous integration system.
* That was not a build on the 1.7 branch, but on the trunk.
* Builds fail for various reasons, not necessary related to the change. IIRC,
in this case the build failed because the snapshot repository was down.
* The change doesn't remove the commons-httpclient 3.1 dependency.

I don't see any urgency. Existing Axis2 1.7.x releases can be used in a secure
way by configuring the HttpClient 4.x based transport and upgrading the
HttpClient version. There are no Axis2 code changes involved, so no new release
is required to achieve this.
