We are encountering some lag in the client webservice app during the call to
"ConfigurationContextFactory.createConfigurationContextFromFileSystem". We have
added logging for the axis2 libraries and the slowness was found after the
library has logged "Creating class loader with the following libraries
[file:<dir>/modules]". The next log "populateModule: Building module
description for: addressing" is logged after 5-10 minutes. Varies on each run.
