Description:
Hi Team,
we have deployed Webapplication with following environment jdk 1.8 update 74,
struts 1.3,axis2 1.6.4
our application has various endpoints like webapp is producer and consumer to
other applications
Problem:
In production heap memory is increasing extensively currently memory settings
are min memory 512m and max heap size is14 GB
which is not ideal memory settings and everyday noon we need to restart
production.
Cause:
No of instances from following classes creating memory leak
1)com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.dom
com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.dom.DeferredElementNSImpl system class
loader
2)org.apache.axis2.description.AxisService
org.apache.catalina.loader.WebappClassLoader
investigation details:
obtained heap dump from production and used eclipse mat and obtained leak
suspect report
i have attached leak suspects report
Could you please guide me how to fix this issue?
