Summary: Axis2 version 1.7.9 does not allow word 'wsdl' in xsd file

** Issue in method "processListService" in the below class-
axis2-transport-http-1.7.9.jar!\org\apache\axis2\transport\http\ListingAgent.class
** The above method compares the string the word 'xsd' or 'wsdl' with query
string with ignorecase, it fails if xsd file name is e.g. Test*WSDL*Types.xsd
