Realistically, the goal is by the end of the year. The main goal of the next release is JDK 11 compilation. As of this last week, we can compile on JDK 9.
Right now I am updating the Javadoc and XDoclet code as the API changed quite a bit. The old API's were removed completely in JDK 11. I expect to have a WAR ready for testing in a few weeks.
