Yes this is a known issue as I ran into it myself a few weeks ago.

I never used the OSGI part of Axis2, but anyways we are planning a release
around the end of this year and we'll definitely update these deps.

In the meantime, we switched to Github earlier this year - see below. Feel
free to suggest a patch to fix the issue. Otherwise I'll get to it at some
point soon.
