We are all volunteers so our time estimates depend on how things are going
at our day jobs. Very busy recently in my case. Several people are asking
about the release.

Anyways, I am wrapping up AXIS2-5959 regarding the complete removal of
httpclient commons 3.x. That is the biggest remaining issue.

The OSGI unit tests have that lib bundled in
org.apache.servicemix.bundles.commons-httpclient however I can't easily
remove or replace it. We don't distribute that lib, so I am about to
reluctantly going to give up upgrading those OSGI unit tests for this
release.

Beyond that for AXIS2-5959, just a couple of doc updates. I still need to
work out with Andreas how the release management is going to work - he did
the last several releases and related tasks.

Also our Travis nightly builds seemed to break. I'd like to have that for
easier testing by our users. No updated builds in 4 months.
