We are waiting on another Apache project to release: Axiom. We are building off
of a snaphshot of that project and it would not be ideal to release that way
since the source compilation would be volatile.
This email thread explains the situation. All Apache projects file a report to
the board every 3 months and the Axis report is coming up, so something will be
happening soon one way or another.
