I observed that Axis 1.4 wsdl2java does no longer generate Java classes for
simple WSDL types.
We are currently updating the java version from 1.4 to 1.8. Which lead to
upgrade axis from axis.jar to axis-1.4.jar, Because of enum issue. After
updating axis to 1.4 simpleTypes are not getting generated.
