I happened to download it and test it last week, but now I see that download links have been removed from the official site: https://axis.apache.org/axis2/java/core/download.html I have downloaded bin and war zips from: https://dlcdn.apache.org/axis/axis2/java/core/1.8.1/axis2-1.8.1-bin.zip<https://dlcdn.apache.org/axis/axis2/java/core/1.8.1/axis2-$2-bin.zip> https://dlcdn.apache.org/axis/axis2/java/core/1.8.1/axis2-1.8.1-war.zip<https://dlcdn.apache.org/axis/axis2/java/core/1.8.1/axis2-$2-war.zip> Also, can not find here https://archive.apache.org/dist/axis/axis2/java/core/ 1.8.1 version.
