OpenSAML has been upgraded to 4.3.0 for the upcoming Rampart 1.8.0 release for
supporting Axis2 1.8.3.
The next Rampart release after that will be 2.0.0 with jakarta support of the
upcoming Axis2 2.0.0, will support the OpenSAML 5.x series that also supports
jakarta.
