Best I can tell, there was indeed an issue at some point though since
[~cortlepp] verified it is working now and [~veithen] explained some background
info on what happened - it seems to be an issue that is behind us.
I am closing open issues in 2.0.0 that are plausibly fixed. If someone finds a
problem still, please re-open the issue.
