The TCPMon attachment helps a lot, thanks. Does highlighting the getMethods
entry in TCPMon show anything helpful? What you posted is the first of two
lines in TCPMon and is some binary file which is maybe a server error.
I see this in commons version of Content, different date though same problem
with the javax.activation.DataHandler class that requires jakarta:

I tried building commons but I got "common/resources does not exist".
Are you able to find your localhost log file again and attach it? I suspect
some type of jakarta conflict.
