The latest code in git is ready for the 2.0.0 release, and has been tested on
openjdk 17, 21 and 25.
AXIS2-5862 and AXIS2-5788 are now marked as fixed.
A vote for Axis2 2.0.1 is expected to happen later this week. A Rampart vote
for 2.0.0 is planned immediately after Axis2 2.0.0. is official. Roughly the
ETA for Rampart 2.0.0 is two or three weeks.
The Axis2/Java and Rampart branches are now feature complete. Anyone can test
ahead now. To be clear, there are no active committers who use Rampart in their
own projects.
The Axis2 team ran the unit tests and all the samples. That is as far as we can
test at the moment.
