BooleanScorer.java with more sorting done when skipTo is allowed

While doing some performance measurements on disjunctions,
the run times of BooleanScorer with and without skipTo allowed
hardly differed.
With this change, the sorting is also done in the score(HitCollector, maxDoc)
method, and the measurements now show that this slows down the internal runtime
of BooleanScorer roughly by a factor 5. This is more than expected, probably
due to the simplistic implementation of the sorting.
