Please have a look at Carrot2 demos at: http://carrot.cs.put.poznan.pl (Open Source clustering engine) and http://demo.carrot-search.com (commercial clustering engine) Carrot2 smoothly integrates with Lucene and other data sources (search engines, RSS etc.). For the commercial demo we've indexed the Open Directory Project data (http://dmoz.org) with Lucene. Please let me know if you need more details or would like to set up a demo with your data source.
