EntryEventListener -> Added method for listener
EntryEventMediator -> Added method delete all feed entries from index
GDataService -> changed visibility for mediator instance to access from
subclasses
GDataAdminService -> changed errorcodes and added delete all feed entries from
index event
GDataIndexDocument -> added equals & hashcode impl
StandartGdataSeacher -> refactored synch. blocks
Bugs:
GDataSearchService -> catch exception for searches on deleted feeds
GdataCategoryStrategy -> fixed too many category elements exception
