Rune recalls me a game I have played few year ago. It is a strategy game where 
you have to decide while you meet some skeleton or ogre how to eliminate them 
with a simple axe : the head first, or the harms ? well you know what I 
mean ! :D

I don't know if it is legally an issue, but I don't think people will make the 
confusion.
