Attached is a patch to existing ant based build system to generate directory
tree of maven artifacts to be deployed to maven2 repository. poms are organized
inside one dir instead of polluting source tree and they poms contain only
minimal amount of information so they can not actually be used to build
lucene-java.
artifacts still need to be signed by hand before pushing them to repository,
md5 and sha1 checksums are calculated.
