Done, after a little struggle with Forrest 0.8 (FOR-905).
Btw I ignored changes by Forrest to files that seem
unrelated to my simple modification:
- lucene-sandbox/index.html
- skin/print.css
- skin/profile.css
- skin/screen.css
- skin/basic.css
