+1 on releasing 2.3.2.
However, unfortunately, svn.apache.org is read-only right now because
of problems with the RAID array behind it. So until infrastructure
resolves that, I can't commit LUCENE-1255. So we are blocked...

Nope, 2.4 -> 2.9 -> 3.0 is still the plan.
2.3.2 will a pure bugfix release of the 2.3 branch, no new features
or API changes compared to 2.3.x.
