Does anyone think the Contributions page should be removed?

It looks sooooo outdated that I think it may give newcomers a bad impression of
Lucene ("What, this is it for contributions?").
The only really valuable piece there is Luke, but Luke must be mentioned in a
dozen places on the Wiki anyway.
Should we remove the Contributions page?
