I think in general we should more aggressively slurp useful things like this
from Solr into Lucene.
Is there any reason to keep the rewrite-to-BooleanQuery version of these (vs,
deprecating them in favor of the ConstantScore variety)? Are the score
differences caused by the rewrite-to-BooleanQuery implementations ever "useful"?
