Everything looks pretty good to me. If you can work up one last patch, I'll put
it through its paces. I'd like to hear another committers opinion on
deprecating ISOLatin1AccentFilter as well, but I guess we will see if we are
able to draw the attention.
I think we have a lot of latitude with the 3.0 move, but I don't know what the
consensus is on the limits of that latitude...
