Hmmm, what's the purpose of clover ?
Googling this, there seems to be a way to exclude files from clover with a <files> element in <clover-setup>: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CLOVER/Compiling+my+instrumented+sources+fails+with+a+%27code+too+large%27+error.
