The combined ("All") javadocs moved here:
<http://hudson.zones.apache.org/hudson/job/Lucene-trunk/javadoc/all/>
See <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LUCENE-1444>.
However, the link to the combined javadocs from
<http://lucene.apache.org/java/docs/developer-resources.html#Javadocs>
still points to the old location. I neglected to include this in the
patch on LUCENE-1444. I just added a patch there to correct the
problem.
