oops, OK... user error (me) I think. I recently switched machines,
and I think gpg needs to be set up more (with my private key, etc)
before it can verify.
Here's the misleading output I got:
yo...@odin:~/tmp$ gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --verify
lucene-2.4.1.zip.asc
gpg: Signature made Wed 04 Mar 2009 05:02:59 PM EST using DSA key ID
6E68DA61
gpg: Can't check signature: public key not found
Sheesh that's weird and quite a misleading error message. If you run
with -v does it give you any more details?
You should file an issue w/ GnuPG ;)
