Hi all ! I've got a lexical dictionary from the author under apache license v2, and the code is all written by myself, so, the legal problems are solved entirely.
Now could you please tell me how to open an issue in Lucene's Jira ( http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LUCENE), so I can post my source as a patch? Thank you!
