Resolution: Fixed
It was too late in the night yesterday: I think this is not really related to
LUCENE-1658, but this case showed possibly a problem in my code.
As this issue is only interesting for IndexReaders opened without "Directory"
but witch FS path, it was a problem with incomplete removal of the reference
counting of FSDirs in an early test.
If the problem occurs, I will reopen this issue.
