Yes, I will follow your guidelines that Michael re-posted here.
additionally, some tokenstreams are not final in contrib, but have not been put
into a release (example: arabic, my fault)
Any objection to making these final, so I can just remove the old api instead
of declaring final, deprecated next() methods?
