when i say all the tests, i want to clarify, not limited to queryparser.
what is some analyzer in contrib reads an input file with default platform
encoding and gets strange results?
In my opinion, we should not make queryparser tests complicated when in reality
it would be better to consider other options, setting up hudson to test under
different locales or something?
I will read up on others strategies for things like this.
