- fixed jjdoc - removed StandardTokenizer.jj added
/surround/parser/QueryParser.jj and StandardSyntaxParser.jj
- fixed surround/build.xml to build javacc
- fixed surround/.../QueryParser.jj small change to allow javacc to process

- updated clean-javacc and javacc targets
