Uwe, i tested your patch, this is good :)
Just out of curiousity though, I am not sure i see the problem with next() then
incrementToken() with my patch.
(Your patch is better imho, this is not the issue).
I tried your modified test and it passes with my patch also, is there something
I am missing?
