I decided to review the resources and I am using the Getting Started on Struts 2 link. Using the jar files from your library and following the sample I can get the HelloWorld.jsp to work. But the action to bring up the Welcom.jsp page is not working yet. I don't have a namespace for the Welocome action it says. I'm using your samples as I go. John
