Yes I can tell you who did this before...My professor in college used to take paid projects under the table and then pass these projects as classroom assignments....Of course the students didn't know that. When the project was done (by the students) the professor turned them in and collected the money ...later on when the whole scheme was unveiled the professor was fired in disgrace
