Hi All, Thanks a lot to all those who replied to my query.
I got it working. I am using IBM-RAD. I created another blank web project and copied all the contents from there to new one where I could see the jdk folder. In the first case it was not visible as I checked out from CVS. Anyway, I am able to F3 now.
