Hi,

I've been developing in Java for awhile now, but now I have a project
I'd like to write using Tomcat6/Java6/JSF.

My questions are twofold:
1. What is with this glassfih stuff? The only app servers I've been
using in the large corporations I've worked for are Tomcat and
Websphere. Is Glassfish going to become - or is it already - something
that is actually utilized by fortune 500 companies? Or something that
Sun would just like to see become relevant? Can I just continue to use
Tomcat without losing any features provided by Spring 2 or JSF?

2. So far as I can tell, the Java EE JDK doesn't give me anything
extra except for GlassFish. Am I missing anything by continuing to
simply use my Java 6 SE JDK?

Thanks for your help,
Dave
