It appears that Spring framework and Spring MVC are installed with
Netbeans 6.5 JavaEE and JavaWeb bundle.
I think this is the same with Netbeans 6.1. Check the libraries in
Tools.
I'm not sure about the Spring beans plugin. You might try to skip the
installation plugins and see if the sample works.
