You have already the answer, have not you?
You may submit the homeworks when you want, but I'd rather submit them
at the fall, because then you may study the course at your own pace
beginning now, eventually meanwhile make the homework or not, then at
the fall check again your homeworks and you will probably find that
you can rework them again or that you have not understand perfectly
some of the explained concepts.
