I've already replied to this question that you posted some days ago
under another subject name.
You should first check the requirements for each version of NetBeans,
and the desired server. You may eventually spoil your whole
installation by hacking completely NetBeans to allow for earlier
version of the whole set of libraries, and using endorsed mechanism
all the way long. But frankly I will go the easier way installing an
older version of NetBeans which comes with the right libraries for
working with the wanted server.
That said SJSAS version 7.0 is very very old.
